Cromwell / Glen Burnie station is the southernmost of the Baltimore area’s light rail stations. The next station north is Ferndale.
Cromwell station (now Glen Burnie station) is Baltimore’s light rail link to Glen Burnie, with bus connections to Brooklyn Park, Pasadena, Arundel Mills, Severna Park, Arnold, and Annapolis. The times shown above are the scheduled times for train and bus arrivals and departures; the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) and the Anne Arundel County Office of Transportation may adjust schedules at any time. The light rail schedule is effective as of 2025/06/15; the local bus schedules are effective as of 2014/07/01 (#201), 2024/07/01 (#215), and 2025/08/24 (#69, #70, #75). Trips on the Baltimore light rail are $2.00 each, or $4.60 for an all-day pass (valid on all Baltimore MTA trains and buses). Students, senior citizens, and disabled riders are eligible for reduced fares.
To get to the stadiums, take any light rail train and get off at the Stadium / Federal Hill stop (for Ravens games) or the Camden Station stop (for Orioles games). Continue on to the Baltimore Arena stop for events at the CFG Bank Arena.
To get to Penn Station, take any light rail train to the Camden Station stop and then board the light rail train labelled PENN - CAMDEN SHUTTLE.
To get to the Baltimore M subway system, take any light rail train to the Lexington Market stop and walk one block west to Lexington Market M .
Driving directions to Cromwell / Glen Burnie station :
From I-97 : Exit 16, left on Baltimore–Annapolis Blvd., station is 1500 feet ahead on the right
From Ritchie Highway or Crain Highway : turn west on 8th Avenue, then right on Baltimore–Annapolis Blvd. after 1 mile, station is ahead on the left
From points south of Glen Burnie : turn left on Baltimore–Annapolis Blvd. from Ritchie Highway or Crain Highway, station is 1⅛ miles ahead on the left
